Southern Craft BBQ Bristol

The food was great as always! The vibe, service and cleanliness was superb as well. Definitely want to give our server Josh, his flowers because he was so sweet and extremely patient with my partner and I. We didn’t need a reason to come back because we love it so much, but we’ll be back even more!

What a great find for us! Passing through the area, we were looking for a dinner of my favorite food, BBQ, we found d Southern Craft BBQ. We split a brisket plate with collard greens and beans. The plate consisted of two thick slices of brisket. The brisket looked really good, and it had a nice aroma, too. The meat was very tender, and had just the right chew to it for me. I really enjoyed it! The beans were also very good! They were in a tasty broth, not a thick sauce. I am not sure how to describe them, but they were good. So much that we ordered a pint of them and a pound of pork to go. The collard greens were just a little spicy. Deb ate those, and she was pleased. The service was spot on, and refills on our drinks were delivered without out even asking for them. Our server took great care of us. We were definitely glad we chose to stop here for dinner.

This was our first time trying Southern Craft BBQ and it did not disappoint! All the food was amazing and a great drink selection! We will definitely be back! Our waitress BETH was the best, thank you for the wonderful service!

Amazing atmosphere, great people, and the food will make you want more! So much to see and in warmer days live music! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I had a great dinner at Southern craft barbecue in Bristol. Our waitress Beth was awesome! We were just driving through and wanted some barbecue had no idea this was a topless bar, Beth was great and entertaining! Just kidding! Lol!!! This is a family oriented barbecue restaurant! Beth is definitely the best server we have had at this restaurant and we have eaten here many times, she is absolutely one of our favorites. Brisket and burnt ends are to die for and Keep us coming back! See ya soon, Beth!

This place was a great experience. Simple, yet optional menu. Smells amazing even when walking up! The building was once a flour mill, and they’ve done a great job preserving it and seeing the history of its fiction really added to the atmosphere. I got the pulled pork and brisket combo. Great portions, and very delicious! Variety of sauces was great. Service was amazing, very welcoming and casual. I did not get a drink but my team said the cocktails were amazing! Seating was comfortable, and very open, we didn’t feel like we were on top of anyone. They had an outdoor stage but no live music as it was earlier in the afternoon.

Very nice and clean. Pulled pork was great without the sauce. It had good flavor amd wqs tinder. 4 different sauces to choose from and they were good, b8t different. Fried okra for my side wqs delicious as well. I would definately come back.
